Baan Yamu Phuket voted Best Architecture development in Thailand

The Baan Yamu villa and condominium development on Phuket’s east coast has won international acclaim at the Asia Pacific Property Awards on 16 April
Baan Yamu – a low-density mixed-unit development on Phuket’s east coast – will be representing Thailand real estate at the global International Property Awards in November after triumphing in the Asia-Pacific stage of the contest.
The Asia Pacific Residental Property Awards, in association with Bloomberg Television, presented Baan Yamu Phase II with its Best Architecture (Mixed Units) Thailand award at a high-profile gala event at Hong Kong’s Langham Hotel on 16 April.
Baan Yamu – also ‘Highly Commended’ in the competition’s Best Development Thailand category – was singled out for its spacious, eco-friendly design from Martin Palleros of Tierra Design.
