Built to customers’ specifications, each villa would normally include an infinity pool at least 25 metres in length, 4-metre-high ceilings in living/dining areas, extensive covered sea-view terraces and ample accommodation for family and guests.

Clients may opt for in-house gyms, wine cellars, snooker/media rooms and underwater pool hi-fi, with Smart-home technology and broadband wiring as standard.

Areas vary between 450 to 800 sq m of internal space and 800 to 1,600 sq m of outside living space, excluding garden areas.
Each villa stands on about 1,600 to 3,200 sq m depending on villa size.
